Situated in the southwestern part of Taipei County, the towns of Tucheng, Sansia, Yingge and Shulin maintained a traditional feeling, forgotten, it seemed, by both time and the outside world until the opening of Second Northern Freeway, which has made transportation to this area much more convenient. Sansia One-day Culture Tour (Best time to go: Chinese New Year holiday) 2nd N. Fwy (Exit from the Sansia-Yingge Interchange, turn left onto County Hwy 110, and turn right on Provincial Hwy 3)→Dapu (Take Provincial Hwy 7B)→Couhe (For bird watching, turn left, go over the Couhe Bridge and follow the Dabao River Industrial Road)→Scenic sites at the Manyueyuan Forest Recreation Area: Dabangen Forest Villa, Youmuli Recreation Farm (Trout lunch at Miracle Mountain, Bee World, and other scenic sites)→Return by the same route .

Yingge One-day Ceramics Tour (Best time to go: The Yingge Ceramics Festival is held from October 26 to November 4) 2nd N. Fwy (Exit from the Sansia-Yingge Interchange, turn left onto County Hwy 110, cross the Sanying Bridge and drive to Wenhua Rd.)→Yingge Ceramics Museum (After visiting the museum, you can walk to Jianshanpu Rd. and other traditional ceramic streets)→Return along the original route to the Sansia-Yingge Interchange of the 2nd N. Fwy.
